PRE-GFL will take place in Munich from October 2nd to 4th. The highlight will be a visit to the Oktoberfest on the 3rd of October. Find below all the details you’ll need:
You will be staying at Motel One Garching (check-in from 15:00) or at ibis Hotel Garching (check-in from 12:00). Check-out will be at noon for both hotels.
They are easily accessible by car and by public transport. The subway stops right in front of the hotels (Garching-Hochbrück) and brings you into the city center and to the Oktoberfest in no time.

- Arrival (hotel check-in from 15:00/12:00)

- 20:30 welcome party and race draw (free food and free welcome drinks) at Helene Restaurant & Disco
Mon OCT 3
- Optional guided walking tour through Munich, find more infos here
- 14:45 meet at U6 stop „Garching-Hochbrück“ -or-
- 15:30 meet at tent Ochsenbraterei
- 22:30 tents closing (caroussels run till 0:00)
- „Afterwiesn“ at Neuraum

- Optional visit to Munich ACC (at the airport)
- Departure (hotel check-out at 12:00)
